Blah
Looks like I'm going to have to start exercising and really cracking down on the diet. I tried to see how much I could get away with...now I know. I pretty much can't have any chocolate at all. NONE! And then there were the sugar cookies at Charla's. Probably shouldn't have had 3. I'm lucky I lost anything at all. It's okay though. As long as the numbers on the scale are getting smaller, I'm not going to complain too much.

Bad Week
So, I lost 5 pounds the first week and gained 2 of it back this week. UGH!!!! I could sit here and make excuses about it but the fact is, I was weak and I knew I was being bad but I did it anyway. The good news is, I'm still on track to meet my goal by June! As long as I have more good weeks than bad weeks. So don't be thinking I'm out of this competition.
