Bad Week

So, I lost 5 pounds the first week and gained 2 of it back this week. UGH!!!! I could sit here and make excuses about it but the fact is, I was weak and I knew I was being bad but I did it anyway. The good news is, I'm still on track to meet my goal by June! As long as I have more good weeks than bad weeks. So don't be thinking I'm out of this competition.

    I love the blog here. I hope you don't mind if I check it everyone once in a while. I'm glad you guys are doing biggest loser, that is where I found big success last time. Yes sadly, as women, we go up and down the scale! Good luck!
